Return Conditions
You have the right to apply for a no-reason return within 7 days of receiving the goods.
The goods must be in their original condition, unused, washed or damaged, and all labels, tags and packaging must be intact.

Return Process
Log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” page, find the order you need to return, and click “Apply for Return”.
Fill in the reason for return and the return quantity, and submit the return application.
Our customer service team will review your return application as soon as possible after receiving it. After the review is passed, you will receive the return address and return guide.
Please return the goods to the designated address according to the return guide and keep the return receipt.
Refund Processing
After we receive the returned goods and confirm that they are correct, we will process the refund for you within the specified time (such as 3-5 working days).

Exchange Process

Fill in the reason for the exchange and the exchange requirements (such as changing the size, color, etc.), and submit the exchange application.
Our customer service team will review your exchange application as soon as possible after receiving it. After the review is passed, you will receive the exchange address and exchange guide.
Please return the goods to the designated address according to the exchange guide and keep the return receipt. At the same time, we will send you a new product as soon as possible after confirming receipt of the returned goods.
Exchange time
